Exercises are good for Students
In this era, a healthy and fit body is what everyone wants. Many people will regret if when they were young they didn't do any exercises. Exercise is one activity that is highly recommended for everyone because it has a good impact. This impact will be felt when someone does regular exercise. Especially for a student, exercise can improve student's skill.
Exercise can improve students' physical skill. It means that students will have a healthier and stronger body when they do regular exercises. In addition, benefits related to student achievement will also be felt. Because if a student does the exercises well, he will be able to take part in the sports olympiad. For example, My friend Irfan does volleyball every evening. So, when the sports olympiad is held, Irfan can take part in the volleyball competition.
Not only volleyball so many regular exercises that we can do. For example squad jump, back up, sit up, zig zag run and others. Even though this exercises not for competition but, the impact for our body too much that we can felt. Irfan is likely to win the Olympics because he does regular training. Well, this is where we can see that exercise has a positive impact on student achievement.
The students' thinking skill. Students who regularly do the exercises will think better and more flexible than students who don't do the exercises. students who do the exercises will find it easier to think positively because the exercise can contaminate students' emotions. When students experience problems, it will be easier for them to think about how to overcome the problem because they are used to experience it in exercise. So, with exercise students are able to control emotions so that they are more relaxed.
In conclusion, exercise is important because exercise has a good effect in improving student's skill, namely physical skill and thinking skill.
